Torreya State Park 850-643-2674 |
Rt 2, Box 70 Bristol, Florida 32321 |
A little out of the way, this park is a peaceful touch of Florida. It is famous for a tree that, after driving for 2 hours, I forgot to take a picture of. It is bordered by a high bluff overlooking the Apalachicola River and has 15 miles of hiking trails. There is a small campground with 10 RV sized lots. We visited this Park in April 2005 but we did not camp here. |
